This rental agreement applies to all self drive party pontoon hires. Please download the rental agreement, sign and return prior to the date of the rental. 

This document needs to be signed by all adult participants and guardian of anyone under the age of 18 who will be participating in the rental of Slip n Slide.  You may scan and return the signed document prior to the rental date or bring it fully signed on the day of the rental.  Click the button to download.
